A MTBlade knife, made especially for you, that you will keep 20 years or more, represents a big amount of work and money. And we consider that it deserves the best delivery service.
That's why we have chosen DHL to deliver all our blades from the workshop until your home when we ship worldwide :
_ Safety : DHL takes in charge the packages from the workshop until your home. Because you don't want to take the risk to have your blade lost before arriving in your hands.
_ Rapidity : Packages are delivered worldwide in 2-3 working days. Because you don't want to wait three weeks when you can get your blade in three days.
_ Tracking : Every package get a unique tracking number allowing you to follow it through over 20 checkpoints along its travel. Because you don't want to stay uninformed when you can know hour by hour, minute by minute, where is your blade and when it will be delivered.
National shipment (France) :
_ "La Poste Colissimo recommandé" delivery against signature, insurance R1 to R3 = between 8 and 16€ - Tracking number
_ DHL - Safe shipment 24h = 30€ - Direct tracking on DHL website - Insurance is possible, the customer pays the insurance costs.
Shipment to Europe :
_ "La Poste Colissimo recommandé" delivery against signature, insurance R3 = between 15 and 25€ - Tracking number
_ DHL - Safe shipment 24-48h = 40€ - Live tracking on DHL website - Insurance is possible, the customer pays the insurance costs.
International shipment :
DHL shipments only. Real cost will be applied (between 35 to 60€) - Live tracking on DHL website - Insurance is possible, the customer pays the insurance costs - Any custom charge will be the customer's to pay.
SHIPPING INFORMATION :
The products will be shipped as soon as possible, either after receiving the payment if the piece is already made, or after it has been made in the case of a custom order.
The products will be packaged as well as possible to avoid damages and/or being stolen while shipping. However, please notice that MTBlades won't be held responsible in case such damages happen, or a package is missing after it has been gien to the transportation company. If such case happens and you have suscribed an insurance, you will be refund of the totality of the amount you spent to buy the knife.
Even though we do our best to avoid custom fees, VAT fees etc, please bear in mind that MTBlades can't be charged or asked for such fees, They will be yours to pay. Please check the knives related laws in your country, especially regarding importing blades. But overall, keep in mind that thousands of blades and knives ship every day worldwide, and that mostly without any problem.
